She welcomed her first child with Brice Bolden on November 3, 2023, via C-section. Many fans celebrated the couple’s first child, who didn’t inherit her mother’s dwarfism, meaning that she’ll grow normally.

Liz and Brice recently made a joint Instagram post to announce the newest member of their family. The 7 Little Johnstons stars revealed their latest fur baby, a dog named Banks. The little puppy can be seen hanging out in their living room.
While Liz didn’t share much about their dog, many are excited for their growing family. It may also be their wedding gift for each other. The two tied the knot earlier this month at the Johnston Family home. The newlyweds had over 80 guests for their fall-themed ceremony.

Having pets has been a common thing in the Johnstons family. Some of them had a French bulldog and even farm animals. Liz and Brice’s previous dog, Miller, passed away, and Banks’s arrival will help heal the wound that Miller left behind.
Before sharing their newest dog, Liz has been keeping her followers updated about her daughter. Earlier this month, the 7 Little Johnstons star celebrated the second birthday of her daughter. The proud mother wrote, “Leighton Drew🩷, you are officially two! We’re so in love with your smart, shy☺️, sassy😘, and sweet🍓 personality! We love you so BIG Leighty-Bug🐞!!!” Liz and Brice also like to put on costumes for their daughter during special holidays. Leighton dressed up as a cheerleader for Halloween. Many people are starting to notice that she’s looking a lot like her mother as well.

Liz is also considering becoming a stay-at-home mom. This comes after her daughter got sick multiple times, adding that she battled ear and respiratory infections. Liz went on to say that daycare has been a challenge for her daughter and that it’s where she got some of her illness. During an interview, Liz said, “So, me being a stay-at-home mom is definitely still on the table because we definitely don’t want Leighton sick all the time because it does take a damper on her personality. We don’t want that.”
The 7th episode of 7 Little Johnstons Season 16 will air on November 25, 2025, on TLC. It features the family’s preparations for Leighton’s first birthday and Liz’s reunion with her friends.
