Josh Duggar is currently in prison for having child sexual abuse material. However, his brother, Joseph Duggar, is now in hot water, too. This is because he molested an underage girl. This story broke the news are fans were shocked that another brother did a similar thing. Joseph allegedly was touching a young girl under a blanket on a family vacation. Kendra was also arrested as locks were found on their children’s doors. Their children are not in either of their custody right now.
Josh Duggar Gets More Time In Jail, ‘Rule Breaking’ Again
Josh Duggar has gotten his release date moved back three times now. One time was for having a cellphone that he was not allowed to have. However, this time it seems he could have broken the rules again. A spokesperson revealed that they cannot comment on an individual’s case. However, they added:
“However, generally, there are lots of reasons why an inmate’s projected release date may go up or down – First Step Act time credits, program credits, loss of good conduct time for disciplinary reasons, additional sentencing.”
So, it is more than likely because he did something he was not supposed to. Josh was supposed to be released on December 23, 2032. However, his date was pushed back to February 2, 2033.
It seems as though Josh will not get out until February of 2033. He was supposed to be released in December of 2032. This is shocking for fans to hear. However, it seems that whatever he is doing in prison is getting him into trouble. He does not seem to mind, or he would not have done it again after the first time. However, there is no telling what happened right now.
