‘Bringing Up Bates‘: Katie Bates Shares Journey To Their New Home
Katie previously took to IG to share a clip of their final preparations as they leave their Tennessee home. The Bringing Up Bates star rented a U-Haul for their relocation, adding that it was a 14-hour drive. She even had a dilemma about picking the right truck size, and she wasn’t expecting how many they had to pack, especially when they started cleaning up their closet. Even though Katie didn’t exactly share where they will live, many believe it’s going to be in Texas, which is a 14-hour drive from Tennessee. Ellie also left a now-deleted comment in one of their moving posts, saying that she can’t wait to visit them in Texas. Fortunately, Katie finally took to social media to confirm that they’re indeed moving to Texas.
Katie Announces Texas As New Home
In an Instagram post, Katie shared their touchdown in Texas. The Bringing Up Bates star showed clips of her signing papers before arriving at their new home. It’s a massive property featuring a large garage and a swimming pool. According to Katie, everything that had happened over the last six months led to their decision to move to Texas, and she couldn’t be happier about how things turned out.
Katie wrote, “For now I’ll just say there have been a lot of hard days, but recently some of the best too. Genuinely happy, hopeful, and so grateful 🙂 THANK YOU JESUS!! 💛🌅🏠🌼🚚.” Several members of the Bates family cheered for Katie’s new life in Texas, such as Josie, Zach, and Carlin. The three are currently believed to be part of the ten percent who are still in touch with Katie. Meanwhile, Kelly Jo remains awkwardly silent about Katie’s relocation, even though she’s highly active online.
