Bringing Up Bates: Lydia Bates Became Overdue
Lydia previously uploaded a YouTube vlog where she expressed her struggles with being overdue. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she would often have contractions that would later disappear, giving her a false alarm. Due to this, she finally sought help from her mother-in-law, Kelly Jo, who gave her tips to finally give birth. Kelly Jo did some walking with Lydia and told her to stretch her legs and arms while doing so. Kelly Jo’s tips quickly worked, as Lydia later went to the hospital to finally give birth.
Lydia & Trace Welcome Baby #2
Lydia Bates recently took to IG to share exciting news. She has finally given birth to her baby girl, Kaia Rae. The Bringing Up Bates stars had already named their baby girl before she arrived. According to Lydia, Kaia’s name also means “pure,” saying that she’s been wanting to use that name before she gave birth to Ryker.
The clip started off with Lydia doing a morning walk. Later in the clip, she experienced contractions, implying that she was about to give birth. Trace then drove Lydia to the hospital at 8:00 PM, and she began her labor at around 10:00 PM. Lydia shared a quick glimpse of when the baby was handed to her shortly after finishing her delivery. She also revealed that she had an epidural after getting so weak from labor. Many fans also celebrated Lydia’s newborn daughter.
