Garrick Merrifield Expecting Baby With Wife #2
Viewers first met Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield in Season 3 of Seeking Sister Wife. They were courting a woman named Roberta Pache, from Brazil. She was ready to have a baby with Garrick and move to America, but at the last second, she opted not to leave her home. Roberta did allegedly take a lot of money from the couple, but they moved on with Nathalia Lima, also from Brazil. She was ready to marry Garrick, as well, but it was soon discovered that he had another wife. Therefore, the polygamy laws would not allow this, and she broke up with them.
While they were figuring out things with Nathalia, they also started seeing a woman named Miriam. Unfortunately, she was not willing to compromise herself for the romance, so that ended. Finally, in the Season 5 finale, it was shown that they had met a woman, Lorrana, and Garrick immediately baptized her. They have since been spotted in his hometown with the camera crews. However, it appears that Garrick and Lorrana have made their relationship even more official as she is pregnant. Again, the duo was spotted out in Colorado, but Lorrana was sporting a huge baby bump.
Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield welcomed a secret third child, which was revealed in Season 5 of Seeking Sister Wife. Fans had suspected that she was pregnant as she was not active on social media. They were spot on as a little girl joined their older sons. This was a complete surprise and may have been another reason why Nathalia opted out of pursuing the couple. Garrick has been gung-ho about having more babies with other wives, and now that seems to have come true.
A Dream Come True
The Seeking Sister Wife star had not shared any snaps on his social media, and only posts spiritual messages. Yet, this is likely due to a TLC NDA, and the Merrifields not being allowed to share their current relationship status. Viewers who found out about this new baby were not surprised at all, but they have long maintained that Dannielle Merrifield deserves better. The two divorced so he could marry Roberta, and never cared about how Dannielle felt. She was often emotional and jealous, but Garrick would dismiss her. Now that he will be a father again, fans chimed in:
