After Years of Bitter Feuds, Matt Roloff’s Farm Fate Finally Be Decided

LITTLE People, Big World star Matt Roloff might be keeping his Oregon farm in the family after all, following a years-long feud with his kids over the property. The reality star has struggled to sell Roloff Farms, which was featured on the TLC series throughout its 25-season run, since first listing it for $4 million in May 2022.

However, it wasn’t because he didn’t have interested buyers; his twin sons, Jeremy and Zach Roloff, both expressed interest in purchasing the 16-acre Hillsboro property, but Matt rejected their offers because they couldn’t match his high price. This caused a severe rift within the family, which was documented on the show’s final seasons, and resulted in Zach and his wife, Tori, moving their family out of state to distance themselves from the Roloff patriarch.

Years later, it appears Matt might be coming around to the idea of passing it down to his son, as Jeremy’s wife, Audrey, revealed they’re considering making another offer.

In an Instagram post shared over the weekend, Audrey admitted that she and Jeremy felt “conflicted” over whether to pursue the purchase of Roloff Farms or continue building their own dream at their $2 million farmhouse.

“Jer’s dad told the kids he was going to list Roloff Farms for sale again. It has been on and off the market over the last 6 years since we tried to buy it in 2020,” the former TV star’s post began. “Obviously a lot of healing and moving on has happened since then. We have been busy building our own dream on the property we bought a couple years after the farm fell through.”

Audrey continued, “But after having Bode’s birthday in the barn last month, we sort of had this ‘what if’ moment. Seeing the farm with new eyes and in a completely different season of life gave us pause. “It feels like God is giving us the opportunity to choose it again if we want. And we do feel conflicted.”

Audrey previously spoke out about their interest in owning the farm and their disappointment when the deal fell through. “Jer and I hoped to take over his parent’s farm (or a portion of it) since he was a child,” Audrey shared on social media.

“It was something he was led to believe was possible. He made it very known to his family and publicly on TV. It became a mutual dream when we got married, and we started working towards it.”

Matt had taken the farm on and off the market numerous times and even dropped the price dramatically after getting no bites. He’s also been renting out the big home to fans as a vacation destination, after spending over $2 million on renovations. The father-of-four recently completed building his $1.4 million “dream house,” which was a source of contention in his relationship with his ex-fiancée, Caryn Chandler, and led to their split in July 2025.

Meanwhile, Jeremy and Audrey have been busy with their growing family, as they welcomed their fourth child in May 2024. Their daughter, Mirabella, joins their three older kids, Ember, 8; Bode, 6; and Radley, 4. The couple has prioritized their lives outside the family’s long-running reality series since leaving the show in 2018. In November 2024, LPBW was officially canceled after Matt was the only one eager to continue filming, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed.
