Josie recently took to Instagram to share photos of her newborn child with Kelton. It’s a baby boy, though the two have yet to share his name. The Bringing Up Bates star captioned, “Our sweet baby is here

It was a roller coaster journey for Kelton and Josie. Some of the photos also show Josie being very emotional seeing her fourth baby for the first time. Josie has yet to share the exact birth date of her baby boy. Meanwhile, family and friends took to the comments section to celebrate their newest family member.

Josie later shared a clip of her and Kelton learning that they had a baby boy. The Bringing Up Bates stars decided not to find out the baby’s gender until the day of delivery. Kelton screams in excitement, learning that he’s about to have another son. This makes it two girls and two boys for the married couple. Josie wrote, “WELCOME TO THE WORLD After 9 months of waiting and dreaming of who this sweet baby would be, our hearts are completely overflowing with love 
”
It’s unclear if Kelly Jo was in the delivery room when Josie welcomed her fourth child. Kelly Jo usually watches over her daughters and in-laws who are about to give birth. Regardless, many fans celebrated the couple’s baby boy, who is also Gil and Kelly Jo’s 37th grandchild.
