Kelly Jo uploaded photos of her son, Lawson, and the MEDIC Corps as they went on a rescue operation for the victims of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. The Bringing Up Bates star captioned, “An URGENT PRAYER REQUEST for Lawson, the MEDIC Corps team, and ALL in the path of this devastating storm! #hurricanemelissa Pray 🙏.” Trace was also there to help out, and some of the photos show the victims being evacuated on a plane. Many fans commend Lawson and the rest of the team for their quick response to the hurricane victims, while others send their prayers.

Lawson Gives Updates On Rescue Operation

Lawson later uploaded a clip on FB featuring updates from their rescue operation. The Bringing Up Bates star revealed that he’s helping facilitate critical evacuations. He added that they have already rescued over 500 victims of Hurricane Melissa, and he’s asking his followers for prayers for those who are still in danger. One of the clips shows Lawson carrying a child and bringing people to the plane.

While Lawson is away, Tiffany and their child, William, have been with some members of the Bates family, especially the young adults. It’s unclear when Lawson will reunite with his family. But the MEDIC Corps is clearly going all out to help the Jamaican people during this tragic disaster.
