Bringing Up Bates star Erin Bates was in the hospital for several days as she was battling sepsis. The mother of seven gave birth to her seventh child, Henry, in August. Soon after, she went into septic shock. Her husband, Chad, informed everyone about the upsetting news. Later, it got even worse when he revealed that she also suffered a severe seizure.

The whole Bates family was seeking prayers for Erin. And all the prayers when Chad disclosed that his wife is out of danger and has been recovering. A few days back, Erin herself posted about her discharge from the hospital and added that she has lost function in her right leg. Bringing Up Bates: Fans Questioned Erin’s Mother’s Absence When She Needed Her

Erin Bates from Bringing Up Bates was battling sepsis, and after being discharged, she is finally recovering. The mother of seven went into septic shock and also suffered a severe shock. Whereas her sister, Carlin, also gave birth to her third child. The fans were calling her out for posting about her effortless labor when Erin was battling to stay alive. Now it seems that the fans are also angry with their mother, Kelly Jo.

​A user wrote, “Erin is knockin’ on death’s door, but KellyJo be damned to miss obnoxious Carlin’s labor. Their priorities are so screwed up. So insensitive.” Another follower added, “I was pretty shocked that KJ wasn’t there when Erin was in the ICU with septic shock.” As the audience started to point out why Gill and Kelly Jo weren’t saying something, the parents released a statement. Recently, Erin also shared a post where her mother was cooking for her.

Bringing Up Bates fame, Kelly Jo, released an official and direct PSA to all the fans on September 24. Taking it to her and husband Gil Bates’s joint Instagram, Erin’s mother warned all fans who have been spreading false information about her daughter. She wrote, “Sadly, several FAKE accounts have popped up on Instagram and on Facebook that are sharing fake news.”

Kelly Jo further added that these fake accounts mix real news with fake ones and copy pictures to make them look even more authentic. She continued and added that a recent fake post shows Lawson in the hospital & stated he was in a motorcycle wreck. “These fake accounts often scam people by asking for donations! PLEASE do not get scammed,” she further wrote.

Reading further into the message, Erin’s mother added that she would never ask fans for money for herself or her family. Kelly Jo added that every Bates family member’s Instagram and Facebook account has a verified blue check tick. “I have included the true Facebook likes in my stories,” she concluded. She also posted a screenshot of a scammer in the Instagram stories and asked her fans to be aware of such fake accounts.

Kelly Jo also added a screenshot of a fake news article, with a headline that reads, “Prayers Needed: Lawson Bates Seriously Injured in Accident – Concussion Confirmed, Fans Left Worried.” She further added that this post is about Lawson and his motorcycle wreck is entirely fake. “Please do not give to any GO Fund Me on our behalf that is advertised by these fake accounts,” she added.
