Bringing Up Bates: Evan Stewart & Carlin Bates Announce Relocation
Evan and Carlin recently uploaded a 26-minute Q&A video, which also featured some of their latest family trips. But what caught the attention of many was the Bringing Up Bates stars’ announcement. The two couldn’t believe that they were already moving.
According to Carlin, it all happened so fast, adding that they truly love their house. Not to mention, the two just renovated their yard and installed an expensive swimming pool. Carlin thought that they’d be spending three more years in their house before deciding to relocate.
Evan then revealed that he received an email from Carlin’s brother, Zach, featuring listings of properties. Evan said that he’s been into investing for quite some time, especially in real estate. He confessed that he doesn’t usually open emails from Zach, but he immediately fell in love with the property that Zach showed them. As a result, he talked to Carlin and decided to move there, letting go of their current home. Evan went on to say that it may be their “dream home,” where they can stay for good.
Lydia & Trace Purchase New House
Aside from Evan and Carlin, Lydia and Trace also uploaded a YouTube video, announcing plans to move to a new home. The Bringing Up Bates stars revealed that they’ve been house shopping over the past few months. Just like Evan, Zach sent Trace an email about house listings, and they also found the home they’ve been looking for.

They went out to check the property, and they immediately knew what they needed to do if they were ever going to purchase it. Lydia and Trace added that they’ll update if they finalize a deal, promising they will document the renovations. Many fans showed support for the couple’s new chapter.
