Some Counting On fans on Reddit discussed one of the photos taken at the Duggar family’s Christmas party in Arkansas. The Duggar daughters did a group photo. But what caught the attention of many was Jill and Joy-Anna.

According to the OP, Jill and Joy-Anna appear to be hiding their tummies in the photo, suggesting that they could be expecting. Others agreed and pointed out that the two haven’t been very active on social media as much as they did before, suggesting that they’re preparing for a big announcement.
