Counting On: Jinger Duggar Makes Shocking Revelation
Jinger recently took to IG Stories to answer questions from fans. One of them is whether she gets a flu shot. According to the Counting On alum, she never had one, and she’s not sure if she will ever get one. “But I sure do hate the flu,” Jinger added.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention previously reported that seasonal influenza continues to increase across the country. Due to this, they recommend immediate vaccine shots for everyone, including pregnant women and children.
However, Jinger revealed that her kids never got vaccine shots as well, adding that they barely suffer from severe symptoms whenever they get sick. CDC has shared other steps to avoid severe types of flu. Some of them are proper hygiene, avoiding contact with sick people, and covering coughs.
A healthy diet and exercise are also helpful to keep the immune system strong. A Reddit thread reacted to Jinger’s statements, and many of them are not impressed by what she’s trying to prove.

Jinger devoted herself to living a healthy lifestyle last year. It’s also a goal she wants to keep, even after giving birth to Finn. She continued, “Because as the new year is starting, that is definitely one of the things at the top of my list, which I feel like it’s just so cliche because everybody’s like, ‘My new year’s resolution is to start working out again.’”
