It wasn’t easy to come to a solution, but after negotiation, a lot of discussion, and heated arguments, the Browns have decided how they want to divide the money. Keep reading to learn the details.

Kody shared that he feels like polygamy “slapped him in the face” after his first three wives left him. During Valentine’s, he asked Robyn if she was okay, as this Valentine’s is just her and him. Robyn was not happy with their family breaking, but they didn’t have an option.
Sister Wives: How Did Kody, Robyn, Meri, And Janelle Divide The Coyote Pass Money?
Sister Wives fans know it’s not easy to deal with Kody Brown. Meri and Janelle had to join forces and fight with him so that they could get their share of the Coyote Pass property. After a lot of drama and threats, Kody divided the property into four equal parts. As per the property records, out of a 2.42-acre plot, Kody and Robyn sold their share for $305,000 on April 14. Meri and Janelle have the remaining 50% of the property.
The Sister Wives duo sold the third parcel of the plot for $400,000 on April 14. Kody and Robyn own 50% of the shares, while Meri and Janelle each have 25%. The Browns sold the final parcel of the land for $490,000. Even in this section, Kody and Robyn have a combined share of 50 percent. While Janelle and Meri have 25% each. If we calculate the entire transaction, then Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri, each earned $375,000 after selling the Coyote Pass property.
As per the warranty date obtained by TheSun, Kody, Robyn, Meri, and Janelle sold the land to a man and a woman from Scottsdale, Arizona. The couple gave them a cash down payment of $1,500,000. Christine already sold her share to Kody and Robyn for $10. So this time she didn’t get any money.
On March 27, Kody transferred the third parcel of land to Janelle and Meri. The final part remains in his and Robyn’s name. Furthermore, he divided the parcels so that everyone received an equal portion. The property is now sold, and Janelle and Meri are free from all strings. They can now lead their life independently.
