Jinger Duggar Shares Popular Baby Finnegan Pic

Counting On alums Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo announced their newborn son’s name on YouTube over the weekend, a day after his arrival. Now, she shared another photo on social media, and fans loved the pic of cute little Finnegan.

Finnegan Is Already Popular

On April 1, when Jinger took to Instagram and shared another photo of her baby boy, in a short time, 138K TLC fans loved it, and more than 1.5K comments arrived. In it, her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, sat next to her, looking down at his only son, whom she cradled in her arms.

Although fans couldn’t see the face of little Finnegan, fans loved it anyway. In her caption, she wrote, “Finnegan Charles Vuolo,” adding a red heart and crediting Chloe Johnson for taking the photo. Among the commenters were many friends and blue-ticked accounts.

What Is The Origin Of The Name?

According to Mom Junction, Finnegan originated in Ireland and means “fair-haired” or “little white one.” It wasn’t all that common in the USA, but the CBS drama show The Bold and the Beautiful featured the character of John Finnegan, played by Tanner Novlan.

When fans heard that Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo expected a baby boy, they naturally wondered what they would call their son. On her YouTube announcement, she suggested that the name might end up being shortened to Finn.

The duo already raises two girls, Felicity, 6, and Evangeline, 3. Viewers never saw Evangeline on the show, but they previously saw sweet little Felicity riding on her dad’s suitcase as they moved from Texas to LA.

In the past, they also saw videos of Felicity doing morning exercises with Jinger and playing the piano. However, that all ended, and it’s not likely that little Finnegan will be shared as much, either.

Will Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo have more children?

The topic of how many children Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo want has been hot since the couple married in 2016. They revealed they would not follow in the Duggar family’s footsteps with multiple children.

Jinger and Jeremy welcomed their first child in 2018 and their second in 2020. Finnegan is their third, born nearly five years after their last one. It’s unclear whether they will welcome one more or remain parents of three, as adding a newborn will take time to adjust to a new routine.

Two more Duggar grandchildren will be born this year, with Jessa Duggar welcoming her sixth child and Hannah Wissmann welcoming her third daughter with Jeremiah Duggar in a few weeks. There’s speculation Jana Duggar might be expecting, too, which would draw much attention from followers.

No matter what Jinger and Jeremy decide to do regarding expanding their family, the couple is experiencing new things with their son.
