Joy-Anna Duggar mourned a devastating family loss, the anniversary of the stillbirth of a baby girl she and her husband, Austin Forsyth, named Annabell. On Tuesday, July 1, the former Counting On star took to Instagram with a carousel of photos and a bittersweet message.
“Happy heavenly 6th birthday Annabell Elise Forsyth ✨👼🏼,” she captioned her update. “~ July 1, 2019 ~ *some photos may be disturbing to some.”
In the featured image, Duggar, 27, shared a black-and-white shot of tiny feet poking out of a blanket. Other pictures showed Duggar, Forsyth, family members and friends, shortly after the pregnancy loss. The last photo in the carousel showed the stillborn’s face.

Instagram users flooded Duggar’s comments with words of support on the anniversary of the stillbirth.
One follower wrote, “God bless you Joy and Happy Birthday beautiful Annabell. What a joyful reunion awaits you both one day 🙏🏼💓.”

Duggar and Forsyth have been married since 2017 and share three children, Gideon, 7, Evelyn, 4, and Gunner, 2.
