LPBW stars Jacob and Isabel Roloff’s son, Mateo, has grown into a big guy now, with fans loving him for his adorable cuteness. He was born in December 2021, and the family started living a low-key life on their Roloff farms in Oregon. Although they left the cameras behind a long time ago, they occasionally share tidbits of their special days.
Isabel and Jacob wanted Mateo to experience a genuine farm life, similar to that of a farmer. Mateo started taking lessons from his grandfather Matt when he walked for the first time. Unlike Zach and Jeremy, Jacob found stability in his bonding with his dad. Therefore, he secured a great future for his child.
LPBW: Jacob Plans A Surprise Vacation For Mateo!
Last year, Jacob Roloff made unforgettable core memories with Isabel, Mateo, and Amy on his trip to Michigan to meet Mateo’s maternal grandpa. He is pretty close to his mom, so he wanted his son to grow close to her in the early days. The Little People Big World alum shared a sneak peek into the vacation.
On his latest photo dump, Jacob shared a moment with his son, wife, and mom as they spent time at Lake Michigan. The father of one penned down his feelings in the caption, saying he had always wished to take Mateo to Mackinac Island ever since his birth. He longed for him to meet Amy’s dad and his grandpa. He admitted that despite being 95, his grandpa was a sharp and active man. The latter walked a mile with them, which was shocking.
LPBW: Jacob Calls Mateo His Smart Son!
Recently, Jacob Roloff posted Mateo’s photos, choosing to keep his face off Instagram to protect his privacy. He said that he isn’t a fool to take little or big things for granted, as his child enjoyed working in the field and playing around. The dad and son duo stared at the machines on their farm, showing their back to the camera.
Another picture was taken in Jacob’s house courtyard, with Mateo standing on a table to get a better view. The former called the latter a smart man because he brought him down to earth. Mateo eats tomatoes like apples. For snacks, he loves carrots that come straight from the ground. He plucks them and gets delighted by their taste.
Also, Mateo can climb ladders to pick plums and greet goats. Since he is fond of climbing, Jacob kept a space for him so that he would not become wild. The four-year-old is always ready to make use of things his parents provided him with. Jacob felt his pure-hearted boy had the spirit of his uncle Toe, making him watch him grow every day a bliss.
Mateo is growing along those trees that he helped Jacob plant. He mentioned that it’s their third summer, so he won’t let it slip away without treasuring it. A fan commented that, indeed, they are living a beautiful life. They are grateful to see the little one get access to healthy food.
