Fans have been waiting for a tour of Little People Big World Matt Roloff’s dream home. He finally obliged and revealed that the house took roughly 8 months to build and was under budget. The house is 3900 sq. ft., but shockingly only has three bedrooms. One of those rooms has a guest bed in it, but it is mainly used as the grandkids’ playroom. He noted the closet being packed with toys.

Matt also revealed that the showers have lower handles, so if he has little people guests, they will have no issues. Plus, this helps Matt as well. The guest room looks rather cozy and also has its own bathroom. The living area, dining room, and kitchen are all one big open space. The long fireplace is perfect below the large screen television hanging above it.

The House Has Many Special Touches

The 20-minute YouTube video features Matt making his way through each room of his home and explaining important talking points. As he heads into his office, there are some of his favorite family photos hanging on the wall. One of those photos is Zach and Jeremy taking their first tractor ride when they were not even a year old.

Matt also used lots of barnwood he collected over the years to use in the home. Some of the pillars are also made from trees on the property. The kitchen is really special as well. Matt has his own area off to the side of the kitchen that is only roughly 27 inches tall. He has a sink, a small cooktop, an air fryer, toastr and coffee maker. He noted that he uses this little area much more than the actual kitchen.

The master bedroom has a great view and also lower handles in the shower to make it easily accessible for Matt. His master closet is huge, and he admits he spends a lot of time there. There are tons of windows that allow a lot of light to flow through. The windows in the back reveal beautiful views of the farm.

Plus, there is a secret door, so to speak, that leads back to the living area and kitchen from Matt’s office. He revealed it’s one of his favorite things about the home. Matt gushed about the home and how much he loves it. He also apologized to fans for taking so long to get the tour out there for everyone to see.
