Sister Wives: Kody & Robyn Get Top Billing as TLC Fades Out the 3 Exes

Sister Wives just dropped a huge hint that Kody Brown and Robyn Brown will become the bulk of the series, with the three ex-wives fading out. Despite fans begging TLC to get rid of the couple and put the focus on the original three wives, this latest clue suggests the opposite might be in the works. Ever since Kody verbally attacked Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, and Christine Brown, fans of the show wanted Kody and Robyn gone. And instead of keeping the show as Sister Wives, they suggest that the network create a spin-off starring the now-three ex-wives.

Sister Wives Season 20: Robyn Brown Calls the Shots?

The new Sister Wives promo for the upcoming Season 20 has Kody Brown and Robyn Brown at the helm. Robyn Brown is not a wife who is quietly sobbing these days. Instead, she seems to take the lead when it comes to some major decision-making for Kody and his ex-wives. Starting with her spiel on selling Coyote Pass, which she calls “Bullsh*t.” Robyn Brown states, “I’m not selling this land until everything is perfectly fair and we do this the right way.” So, it is easy to see that she is calling the shots about the sale of their building lots, which they eventually did sell.

Robyn Doesn’t Agree with What Kody Brown Considers Fair?

Fans call Robyn’s plan wishy-washy after what she said in the previous Sister Wives season.  She didn’t agree to her ex-sister wives’ ideas on how to split the money once they sold Coyote Pass. Christine traded her share of Coyote Pass to Kody and Robyn. But in turn, she kept the money she made on her Flagstaff home. So Christine was not part of the Coyote Pass sale. Robyn had a problem with a four-way split that the other ladies aimed for. She argued that the other two wives used family money for their housing expenses. So it sounded like she bucked against a four-way equal split.

Robyn seemed to lean toward the lion’s share of the money from the sale of the property going to her and Kody. So,then Kody waffled a bit on how to split the money. But it looks like he finally did the right thing in the end by sharing the proceeds equally among himself, Robyn, Meri, and Janelle. But not before Meri and Janelle secured a lawyer, which may have given him a little push in the right direction.

Sister Wives Fading Out Ex-Wives – Huge Hint Drops?

Sister Wives fans want Kody and Robyn gone. Instead, they would like to see the show turn into a series with Meri, Janelle, and Christine. After watching the new Sister Wives promo for Season 20, fans think Kody is stirring up drama any way that he can to keep the fans’ interest. He looked quite smitten by a woman emailing him about her interest in joining his family. But fans believe this was more for the drama it created, especially when you get a look at Robyn’s reaction. Sister Wives fans think she looks peeved off when he mentions the possibility of another wife. But isn’t she the one who said her dream of polygamy was shattered, as she always wanted a plural marriage?

Next Kody Brown plans to visit each ex-wife with an apology. While he doesn’t want them back as wives, he does want a cordial relationship with them. So, as Kody spins the drama while embarking on an ex-wives apology tour to fix his reputation, fans see this as an attempt to keep the series on the air. But a recent promo photo has the fans worried. As seen in the promo above, Kody and Robyn are front and center as Meri, Janelle, and Christine stand in the background, seemingly fading away.

The Kody and Robyn Show—Fans Hope Not…

This promo is concerning to some fans. They see this as Kody and Robyn being the featured stars of the new season about to roll out. Meri, Christine, and Janelle look like supporting players rather than stars of the show. So, for some of the Sister Wives fans, this promo image tells a story that they don’t like. Most of all, they want to know why TLC gave this couple top billing in this preview photo for Season 20 and what this means for the new season, which rolls out next month.
