The former ‘Counting On’ star revealed the sad news on social media. Jill Duggar mourned a heartbreaking personal loss in a post revealing the death of her husband Derick Dillard‘s grandmother.
On Wednesday, June 11, the former Counting On star took to Instagram to share the sad news.
“We 💗 & miss you Mimi!” Duggar, 34, captioned her update. “My hubby’s grandma passed away & we remembered her beautiful life with family this week. She would have been 90 years old this year. 🩷.”
For the featured image, a black-and-white shot showed someone’s hand holding a rose with a casket in the background at a burial site. A second photo showed two of Duggar’s sons from behind while looking at old pictures of their great-grandmother. Meanwhile, a third snap featured a family portrait when Dillard was younger.
In the comments, the TLC personality’s followers shared their condolences.
