Paramount+ announced on social media that fans can start the official countdown to the final season of “Yellowstone.”
As the sun rises over the rugged Montana landscape, the sprawling Dutton Ranch is coming alive again. The long hiatus has come to an end.
The television hit series “Yellowstone,” which ignited the Western spirit in many, is filming again. Paramount Network and “Yellowstone” announced that production had begun on social media.
Season 5 has been dubbed the final one and has been anticipated since January of 2023. While all of us knew the end was near, the audience grew weary of thinking it would ever actually happen.
Kevin Costner’s exit from the show has drawn intense scrutiny and then hope that he might return. So far, it isn’t looking promising, as Costner has since moved on to a new passion project of his own called “Horizon.”
Obviously, Costner enjoyed his time on the Western series, and he chose to continue in the Western film industry.
“Yellowstone” Season 5 is now back in the saddle and rolling film. Fans have grown in number as CBS promoted and aired all of the hit series’ seasons during the waiting time for the final season.

Picking up where the story left off, there is a lot of business that needs to be tended to. Jamie (Wes Bentley) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) ‘s family feud has grown by leaps and bounds. Truly, it won’t be surprising if one of them kills the other in the final season.
John (Costner) is at risk of being impeached while the cattle on his ranch are facing an illness that is spreading through Montana wildlife and risking certain death.
The plan is to release the final episodes beginning this November.
Given that “Yellowstone,” a Taylor Sheridan production, is back up and filming, it may give hope that Sheridan will also start production on some of the other projects that have simply just disappeared.
Fans loved Sylvester Stallone in “Tulsa King,” but it was just gone. “Mayor of Kingstown” was another Sheridan project. Fans are eagerly anticipating the finale of “Yellowstone” and then the rumored “6666” and “2024.”
Mark your calendars; the Duttons are coming back.
