Counting On: Jackson Duggar Appears For The First Time After Moving To California
Joy-Anna recently took to Instagram to share photos from their California trip. The Counting On alum uploaded photos of her and Jinger’s children. But one of the photos shows Joy-Anna’s brother, Jackson. He’s been living near the Vuolo family to attend school, making him the second family member to do so.

While there aren’t many updates about Jackson, many are glad that he’s living happily after spending a long time in the behavioral camp, ALERT Academy, and studying in L.A. There is currently no confirmation that Jackson is courting. However, some photos that have surfaced online indicate that he’s prioritizing serving in their church. Meanwhile, some fans took to the comments section of Joy-Anna’s post to share how happy they are for their reunion.

Jackson Clarifies Rumors
Jackson continues to show strong faith in the Duggar family’s church amid all the criticisms they have received. Earlier this year, the Counting On alum spoke with Jinger and Jeremy in a podcast, denying that they’re part of a “cult.” He said, “Because of a man named Bill Gothard, who went around and shared the gospel and did different things, but he also did some other things that were kind of off.”

Jackson then admits that they have followed Gothard’s teachings, but that doesn’t mean that they followed Gothard himself. He explains, “We went to his conferences once or twice a year, we were involved a lot in whatever they did, but we were not a part of everything.”
